INDUSTRIAL MUSEUM

Open days Access to the Brickworks on Open Days is from Swanwick Lane

"Open Days" are run regularly on Sundays from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Open Days are well worth coming to, as in addition to the unique Museum with the Woods of Wigan steam engine and pugmill being demonstrated; there are steam engines in the yard being put through their paces by their owners. Hampshire Narrow Gauge Railway Trust Members operate their light industrial railway.

Other exhibitors change from month to month and may include historic cars, lorries, coaches, and emergency service vehicles in the yard while models, crafts, flowers and traditional crafts, including woodcarving, stained glass and lace making demonstrate in the upstairs exhibition hall.

Visitors will find plenty of free parking spaces while Mr Brickies Coffee Shop will provide light refreshments.
